Large company based in Dover, require Dutch or Dutch/German speaking Customer Service Advisor. Duties will include answering the telephone and dealing with customers directly, arranging bookings and taking payments by credit card, there will also be some cross selling.

Ideal applicant will have come from a similiar working environment, have the ability to deal with people on all levels and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in either language and also in English.

37.5 hours per week, may include evenings and weekends.
