We are looking for staff with the above languages, to work within our Ashford based Clients call centre, taking in bound calls, dealing with customers, taking bookings, dealing with queries and cross selling products. Varied workload. Full training given. Ideal applicant will have come from a similar environment or have sound knowledge of call centre work. Good computer skills along with the ability to problem solve and work on own initiative essential. Flexibility and reliability is a must as is excellent communication skills.
